This was a project to teach waiters at Soho House restaurant. It was a series of videos where manager show step by step how to set the table, serve food, clear plates, and all the details. 

We were a small crew with professional equipment and lights. This helped make this videos look beautiful with natural colors, which is important for showing the restaurant's atmosphere.
